
Quality of maternity care
Our clients are dear to us. We strive for the highest quality of care. That is why PUUR Kraamzorg meets all the quality standards and quality marks that are required of maternity care agencies. We are also a member of the branch organisation BO Geboortezorg.
PUUR Kraamzorg is HKZ/ISO 9001 certified. With this certification, we meet all the requirements set by the sector, health insurers, clients and the government. The certificate is reviewed annually by an independent certification body.
COMPLAINT HANDLING
The Birth Centre strives to provide optimal care. Partly thanks to the feedback from our clients, we can keep it that way and improve it if necessary. Should it happen that you are not (entirely) satisfied with our care, we ask you to let us know directly. Hopefully we can resolve your dissatisfaction through a good conversation. If a conversation is not possible, or if a conversation does not solve the problem, you can do the following:
You can submit your complaint to the Complaints Committee of BO Geboortezorg (Complaints procedure for maternity care). It is also possible to present your complaint to an Independent Mediator.
CARE SATISFACTION
At the end of your maternity care period the maternity nurse will give you a survey in which you can rate our care. Based on this survey, we can optimise the level of care we provide. You also have the option of sharing your care experience on our Zorgkaart profile. Once a year, we organise a meeting where clients are invited to share their thoughts about the procedures within our organisation.
