The first appointment is an extensive conversation in which we will get acquainted. This way we can optimally respond to your personal situation, your wishes and your questions.

Pregnancy check-ups
The pregnancy check-ups take place during our consultation hours. At each check-up we will discuss how you are doing, and give you new information appropriate to the period of your pregnancy.
Prenatal screening
During pregnancy you can have your baby tested for a number of congenital disorders. This is called prenatal screening. If you would like more information about these studies, we will schedule a counseling meeting.
External version by breech position
A breech baby lies in the womb with its buttocks in the mother's pelvis and its head on top. With an external version, a breech baby can be turned into a head first position
Costs of obstetric care
Care provided by an obstetrician during pregnancy, labour and after the delivery is covered by the basic insurance policy of all Dutch health insurers.
