YOU'RE SPECIAL!
Every person is special. But if you are pregnant, you are just that little bit more special. At least, that is what we think. That is why we offer you the best professional obstetric care. Personal support is very important to us. At PUUR, commitment and attention go without saying. And that is what makes us just that little bit more special.
PUUR naturally complies with all the quality guarantees and quality marks that are required for care. Our midwives are real birth professionals, and all have up-to-date knowledge and skills. With us, you are in experienced hands.
TEAM PINK, TEAM BLUE
PUUR has two teams of midwives: team Pink and team Blue. As a pregnant woman, you will be assigned to one of these teams. You will get to know the midwives in your team during your antenatal consultations. In addition, there is always one midwife on duty per team for deliveries and emergencies. By working with two teams, our care is on a smaller scale than in a large practice. This means that we have more time to support you during birth or maternity visits, which is of course nice.
YOUR PREGNANCY
During your pregnancy you will come to one of our consultation locations for a check-up. You can then ask all your questions, and we will check your blood pressure and the growth of your belly. Then we will also listen to the heartbeat of your baby, always a special moment! You can also follow the course of your pregnancy on your smartphone with our fun app. It contains your personal care plan and lots of extra information.
YOUR MATERNITY PERIOD
During the period of the birth the midwife will visit you at home every other day. During these check-ups she will discuss with you and your maternity nurse how you are doing: your recovery after the birth, how you feel, the feeding of your baby and the medical checks. And of course, she will answer all your questions!
