COOPERATION
PUUR Maternity Care is part of PUUR Birth Centre, but also works with other midwife practices in the region. Therefore, you can also register with PUUR Kraamzorg if you are receiving care from another obstetrician or gynaecologist elsewhere in the region.
The management of PUUR Maternity Care consists of midwives from PUUR Birth Centre. This allows for optimal coordination of obstetric and maternity care and creates a solid basis for high-quality birth care for our clients. The midwife and maternity assistant have the same policy and work method, tailored to your needs. This creates peace and confidence in a period that is undoubtedly hectic enough for you as it is.
The daily management of PUUR Maternity Care is in the hands of midwives Marette Stolp, Barbara Ebskamp and manager Marieke Duivis. We work closely with other professionals who provide support during your pregnancy, during and after the birth of your baby. These include general practitioners, gynaecologists and the child healthcare centre.
OUR MATERNITY NURSES
All our maternity nurses are qualified, registered with the Knowledge Centre for Maternity Nurses, and receive further training in accordance with the latest guidelines. Our maternity nurses receive individual training, but they also attend training sessions together with the midwives. The maternity nurse who supports you and your family will tailor the care to your specific needs, and she will respect your personal privacy and possible religious beliefs. We aim to have one maternity nurse for your entire maternity period. This brings peace of mind and guarantees optimal support and care.
