Drugs

The use of drugs (soft and hard drugs) during pregnancy can seriously disrupt the development of the baby. The use of drugs increases the risk of birth defects and complications. The adverse effects that may occur depend on what you have used, in what dose you have used, and at what time of pregnancy. If you used drugs before you knew you were pregnant, report this to the midwife. She can find out what (possible) consequences this has for your pregnancy.
