Applying for a course

Around 14 weeks of pregnancy (at the 2nd check-up) the midwife will give you information about which pregnancy courses you can take at PUUR.

As soon as you have decided which course(s) you want to take, you can register via the telephone number listed with the course of your choice. You will then be informed when the course starts. Usually, you will be placed in a group of pregnant women who are all due around the same time as yourself. It is then extra fun to exchange experiences.
