Birth plan

In a birth plan you can describe your ideas and wishes with regard to childbirth. It is intended to let your midwife and any other healthcare providers know what is important to you. The midwife tries to take this into account as much as possible during your delivery and to meet your wishes.

You can find a birth plan on the website off Rondom zwanger

If you have made a birth plan, take it with you to your midwife. Around the 35th week of the pregnancy, we schedule a longer appointment, in which we discuss this plan with you. This way we are well aware of your wishes and together we can see whether your wishes and ideas are feasible. After this conversation, you can add to or adjust the birth plan if necessary.
